Nature Is Our Everything

Nature is our religion. 

The forest our cathedral.

Here we worship.

We go out and see non-human congregants,

And our hearts leap.

There is porcupine.

And grouse, spruce and ruffed.

Over there, a family of crows.

And there, the gentle deer have arrived.

Together, we rejoice in this wild place.

Praise Nature!

It is everything,

and we will do anything to protect it.

Thank you,

for this very day.

Without you, 

we are nothing.
