How can lamb be the worst choice? Where I live they are fed indoors from when the snow settles till early april when the new lambs are born, and obviously kept on the farm until the mountains thaw. The summer and fall should compare well with moose and better than reindeer. Milk cows are indoors all year and live on soy from south america, as pigs and salmon. Do you know where this graph comes from?
